Die Cast Prototypes

3D Printed Prototypes

Advantages:

Considerations:

  • Highest cost option, especially for complicated geometries.

Gravity Cast Prototypes

Sand Castings typically have short lead times. Tight tolerances can be easily achieved through machining.

  • Tight tolerance features will require machining
